RDP shut-off pressure control valves (regulators) (SPCV)
  • Purpose:

Piston pressure regulators (shut-off pressure control valves) have the same principle of operation as the RDP, but a different design: maintenance during operation does not require regulator (valve) dismantling ,which is crucial for the objects of large dimensions. Lower inlet pressures and mass-produced moulded cases reduce the cost of RDP (SPCV).

  • Piston design of shut-off pressure control valves (regulators) makes diaphragms and cuffs unnecessary. This increases the reliability of the units during the whole service life

  • The design of the units makes the operation significantly simpler: there is no need to dismantle the unit during maintenance. It makes the operation significantly simpler when servicing large units (DN ≥ 80 mm)

  • The units do not require external energy sources-High accuracy of maintaining controlled parameters

  • All internal systems regulating the flow of liquids or gases are made of stainless steel, which guarantees their operability throughout the entire service life. At customers' request, the body can also be made of stainless steel

  • The units can be equipped with electric actuators for operation on liquids and gases in automatic control systems of technological substances

  • The units have standard connection dimensions

The main versions of the RDP (SPCV)

  • downstream: normally closed/normally open
  • upstream: normally closed
  • differential pressure: normally closed/ normally open

The main versions have an inlet pressure of up to 4.0 MPa (40 kgf/cm2).

On an individual order, they can be manufactured for pressures up to 16.0 MPa (160 kgf/cm2) (provided by the technical specifications 28.14.11-010-82330611-2017)

All equipment is approved for use at the facilities of Gazprom, accredited by Rosneft. Lukoil, Surgutneftegaz, Tatneft, Tatenergo, Municipal Unitary Enterprise Vodokanal and other companies also use it. All rights to this equipment are protected by patents. The products have certificates of conformity, including the certificates of compliance with the technical regulations of the Customs Union.
